4/28/11: Returning to Induction for two weeks to shake a possible stall. Haven't lost/gained since 4/14/11. No Atkins Bars, No Diet Soda, and changing to a new Vitamin (that doesn't have carbs).

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 April 2011:
1444 kcal Fat: 95.44g | Prot: 105.43g | Carb: 37.59g.   Breakfast: california avocado, sour cream, Cofee (Brewed From Grounds), heavy cream, splenda, iodized salt, red tomato, egglands best extra large eggs, Butter, pace mild pacante sauce. Lunch: mayonnaise canola, Celery, red tomato, romaine lettuce. Dinner: celery, soybean mayonnaise, white vinegar, fresh express coleslaw, great value dill spear, ground chuck, green onion, garlic, cheddar cheese, avocado. Snacks/Other: Water, Atkins Advantage Vanilla Shake. more...

Helewis ~ I am working on new recipes to try when I finish Induction. I tried to do a push up from a chair, OMGosh.... About ate the floor. LOL! But-I do really good with Wall Push-ups that someone recommended!I do Yoga and walk almost everyday. Thx for the advice! :)

Ill have to try the wall pianola. I'm with you on the pianola. Have you tried planks? They're interesting fun.

Helewis: No, I have not tried planks (face down, flat on the floor, arms at an angle in front of you and lift those arms!) LOL! I don't think I could do those at my weight right now. Maybe later on when my weight is 1/2 gone! LOL!!! :)

I think changing your normal eating or excercise pattern is a great way to shake a stall. Dont know about you but my it seems like my body adapts so fast to whatever I do that its a constant challenge to find ways to mix it up so the weight loss continues.

maw1966: Yes, it appears that I was stuck in a rut and needed a jolt! Don't know what is was YET, but I will after two weeks what it was (Atkins Bars, Diet Soda, and/or Vitamins). Don't know about berries, as I never made it that far into OWL. I kinda got to a point where I was afraid to move forward w/my carbs like I should have because I quit loosing back on 4/14. I am glad that I have returned to Induction. I feel like I have a safety net. LOL!

You can do this MoonDove!! Yoga is also a good "change-up" and helps when you're feel down, at least for me. You will shake this stall, I just know it! So have a wonderful INDUCTION WEEKEND.

I dropped kicked that STALL and then stomped it real good! LOL! I lost 2 more lbs yesterday (4/29/11)! Yeaaaaaaaa....

weirdangel: Thx for the encouragement. Yes Yoga is good, but the dang ol' Wii Balance Board still says I am 65 when I am 51 (used to say I was 71). LOL! I have a lot of practicing of Yoga to do so that I am age appropriate.

Hey, moondove...you are doing fantastic. Congrats on that drop! I suspect you will find that it will continue as long as you avoid those bars and diet soda. They really mess me up.

ctlss: I agree w/you about the bars and diet soda. I have learned my lesson well. No more stall due to those two things that don't like me very much. They're OUT OF MY LIFESTYLE!
