These few pounds hanging on are driving me crazy. I am close to being there just can't seem to shed these last pounds. I always feel better when I am at my goal weight not hanging around 5 pounds over. So my big night out is July 25th and I'm going to get there by July 24th!

Breakfast & Lunch will be light and healthy

Supper will be no fried foods or desserts.

Working out my butt starts TODAY! No exceptions!!!! I enjoy working out it is just the first time to get started is a pain... why am I putting this off?
