I'm barely in there but I am officially in the 150's ! yeah. Man, it's coming off at a snail's pace but at least I know it's permanent weight loss and not a quick temporary fix. Slow and steady wins the race. Last weekend I smoked a couple of whole chickens in the smoker after soaking in brine. Yummy. This weekend I will smoke a brisket for the hubby ( I don't eat beef) and a filet of salmon for me. So tonight I have to brine the salmon and make a rub and marinate the brisket. I love outdoor cooking. It's healthy and good. I'll just steam some veggies to accompany them. Tonight, I'm steaming crab legs as a surprise for the hubby. He worked out with me twice this week - P90X. SInce I hurt my back, I took a couple of days off. But I'm ready now to ease back into it. No Pain, No Gain. Be Blessed
