DON'T cheat. Its not worth it. I only had a bit over 3 ounces of frozen yogurt, and my scale has done a complete reversal. I hope this is all water...Bummed.

Sometimes when I really feel for something, it will keep troubling me.. Then I just have it, and continue on my journey… It is funny how the oddest of things just pops into my mind.. Like, before I never regarded peanut butter and syrup sandwiches that much.. In fact I never thought about it until it’s there on my plate. And then after starting the weight loss, I think it was early in the evening it just came into my mind, I really really felt for peanut butter and syrup…. It bugged me even the next day… I was craving for it. Long story short, I had it. Lots of it. Sure it set me back with a day or three.. But it is out of my system now. There is the most amazing person in this world that once told me that there will be many small hurdles… Some of them will trip you, that you can be sure off. That is okay. As long as you get up and continue…

I agree with Draglist, it is not cheating if you log it. Try logging every bite from now on, it's much easier to tweak your plan that way. If that's all you ate then you know it has to be water weight and will be gone in a couple of days.

It's probably just water! You know how to get right back on track ad I'm confident in no time it will be gone!!!
