This 'planning meals' (and sticking to it) works. I've seen it in two days. Reasonably well...following 'reasonably well' is doing things in 'halves.' One of Mama's quotes I heard thousands of times..."Things done by halves are never done right." True. For me with food that is obviously true.

Diet Calendar Entries for 10 July 2009:

Can you BELIEVE I gave up sushi tonight??? And I didn't eat the additional 10 baby carrots. Still have to finish the 20 fl oz water. Kind of hungry, but hey, it's 10:51am. NOT eating this late. Headed to bed...bridal portrait starts at 7:30am...and from the looks of things...it will probably be done at 2:30pm. Pray for me.
