So I went to the doctors today, and found out I have to be put on BP medicine until I can get my weight down. He said my heart and lunges sound great(Thank God for me stopping smoking), but said I just have to keep with my diet and even maybe to drop it to 1800 calories a day. He said with my weight, losing 5-7 lbs a week is not something uncommon.
I am trying to stay with my eyes on the prize and keep myself out of bars and pizzarias, where I gained the weight from before. I have been doing well with keeping in the gym during the week, but I have to remember even though I have off from work on the weekends, does not mean I am off from my diet.

You are going great. Drinking will screw the weight for sure. Get some fruit watermelon has very little calories and in the evening when you want something extra load up on watermelon. It works not quite the same as a beer, but oh well.

lol if you add vodka it does! (im kidding - kind of) .. I do have a bowl of fruit every night and it is quite filling and I don't have the munchies at all.

Thanks peeps, just down another lb and just getting back into the gym after a week of a twisted ankle. With the gym and cardio, I have a feeling the lbs will begin to melt off.
