This is a little late, but . . .

~36 wks on the diet~

52.6 lbs lost, an average loss of 1.4 lbs/wk, and a 26% loss of my starting weight (yep, I've lost over 1/4 of myself!). I've reached 81% of my goal, which leaves 12.4 lbs to go, or 8.5 wks at the current rate.

And FYI, I feel like I've been on a diet ~forever!~
150.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
