Havent really been on plan really. Kinda been floating in between phase 1-3 for the past few days. Still got the scale to move a little so I am tickled about this. Took off from walking/running yesterday. Was just a little to sore to go. Hope everyone has a smashing day.
264.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

I honestly don't want to sound like I'm making excuses, but I think it's fine to change things up, because all in all, we're still eating so much more healthy than we ever were. Does that make sense? For an example, I'm not going to get all upset at myself for having a small setback and eating one thing I'm not supposed to, because overall, I've been eating so much more healthy these past few days that I have before, which is great.

You are doing great....there is absolutely nothing wrong with floating between Phases...keeps things mixed up! As for not exercising...nothing wrong there either. We are human and we need to relax once and awhile, this is a "forgiving" diet...key word! As long as you don't give up completely you are doing just great! We are all defiantly eating healthier and that is bonus enough!

Hey, you are seeing the scales drop so I say if it works go with it. Sounds like your floating agrees with your body. As for the exercise...you will burn at a better rate if the body is fresh and rested. We should all listen to our bodies. Have a good one!
