So up a few pounds from the weekend. Should be back down to where I was in 2 or 3 days. :) So lots of water today, a good workout. And planned meals and snacks. ^.^ Other plans for the day are: picking 2 recipes to make this week. A little trip to the grocery store. And unpacking all the stuff we took with us. Oh and laundry. *le sigh*
258.0 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 April 2011:
1186 kcal Fat: 31.61g | Prot: 107.14g | Carb: 117.60g.   Breakfast: blue bunny fat free brownie ice cream, EAS protien powder, saralee 45 calorie multigrain bread, coffee, Coffeemate sugar free hazelnut creamer, land o lakes butter. Lunch: baby carrots, kraft free italian, romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, broccoli florets, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Dinner: great value stir fry, kikkoman, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), long white rice. Snacks/Other: starkist tuna in water, light pringles orginal, sara lee 100% multi grain bread, smucker's natural peanut butter, polaner sugar free raspberry, bigelow green tea. more...

I hate laundry too. Thats why my fiance does it. lol Yay for you for having a plan for the day!!

lol. Chris will do it sometimes, but I still have to fold/hang up and put it all away. :( It wouldn't be so bad if I just had one day where we didn't have to work on it. XD But between 2 adults, all my workout clothes, and the 2yr old that gets 2-3 changes of clothes a day, it just adds up. I usually watch a show on my comp, and fold while I watch. ^.^

It won't take that long to work off the weekend weight :) I'm already down what I gained.LOL>Now back on track.Lets do this!!

I weighed in today. I was up 4. Back on track today. Hoping it boosted my metabolism a bit and gets my weight moving down again. We can do it!

Usually takes 2-3 days to drop any water I'm retaining, and just for the amount of food to move through my system. I indulged in a large amount of sweets over the weekend too and I'm trying to kick the sugar habit. That seems to be the worse thing from the weekend. Currently at 2 cups of coffee, 4 cups of water, and 6 cups of green tea for the day. And nearly as many bathroom trips. XD lol. I do better with occasional high calorie weekends Kendra, seems to keep my metabolism on its toes. ;) Hoping to see the 240's before too much longer. And to top it off today marks the last day of TOM's visit. Really wanting to drop some water weight by tomorrow. Can't wait to see what the scale says.
