I'm glad that I love to eat fruits, vegetables, meat and fish. I don't know why I fall for the fattening, misery-making cheesecakes and garbage desserts instead of being armed and defensive with natural foods always on hand and a steel resolve not to let temptation lull me into submission with old, unfulfilled promises.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
