What a relief. I was sure that Passover had put a pound or so on me, especially since I was less able to exercise this past week, so I'm really encouraged.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 55.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 April 2011:
1469 kcal Fat: 64.31g | Prot: 96.82g | Carb: 135.81g.   Breakfast: luna bar, skim milk. Lunch: safflower oil, refried beans, corn tortilla, guacamole chipotle, shrimp. Dinner: egg white, strawberry jam -revised, lactose free cottage cheese, egg yolk, egg whites. Snacks/Other: blue diamond almond butter, flackers, deviled egg, black diamond cheddar cheese, flackers, chocolate cupcake, skim milk. more...

Thanks ladies. Need the encouragement. My followup to today's weigh in was that I ate really strangely today. I had a lunch date with a friend and had a bit of a sweet tooth that needed satisfying...my calorie count was OK, but I don't think it was one of my banner days. I'm sure I'll do better tomorrow.
