I gained the 3lbs and im writing it down because i want to be truthful it is gutting though.

ah well can't get too down have to keep going. In other news today i went to my WW meeting and it was really good, I am really motivated to lose this weight!!

still on 20 points so i shall see how that goes. no exercise today apart from walking to and from the meeting 30mins each way. going to try some more jogging tomorrow and maybe some of my workout dvd i am determined to get lower than 175!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It takes courage to be honest, but it is also a service to yourself. By admitting your slip-ups to yourself and others, you are less likely to slip-up again. That is one of the reasons I feel so grateful for FatSecret and my buddies: I have to be accountable for my eating behavior. Before, I could live in the delusion that I was just a little plump and never overate. Now, I can't do that. The scale doesn't lie. I can mess up all I want to but I will not see results and I will not help my buddies believe in my sincerity. I applaud you for admitting the weight gain. You are closer to your goal because you had the courage to be REAL.

Good for you, recording your gain. It will make your chart all the more impressive once you get that downward slope going strong! :)
