More weight. Seriously? What am I doing wrong?
Quality of food? I have been eating more sweets and crackers than normal... Lack of sleep? I get 4.5 to 5 hours a night... Inappropriate approximation of calories burned? Maybe I'm walking moderately instead of jogging... Incorrect tracking of calorie consumption? I’ve been weighing everything I eat...
I don’t know what the cause is, but I have to change something. I wish I could get more sleep, I have a feeling that it might solve a lot of problems, but there are just not enough hours in the day. :(
I know I should cut my calories and stick to a strict 1500 and not go over, thinking that if I burn more calories I can eat more. I need motivation though... As of right now I feel defeated and utterly exhausted. If I could use an onomatopoeia to sum up how I feel it would be UGH! The last time I was at an acceptable weight was waaay back in February...
