It's been a while since I wrote a journal. I was hoping to write more but don't seem to have the time. Just got back from a great vacation at the beach. I didn't bring any cookies or candy or any bad snacks so I did very well until Wednesday. It was my anniversary and my husband bought me chocolate. I do love chocolate but can not resist eating it if it's around. I don't know why he always buys chocolate when he knows I'm trying to be healthy with my snacks. I still did pretty well considering I was vacationing, didn't gain any weight. Work has been busy and being away for a week I know I will go back to a lot of work to do. Makes the day go fast so that's ok. I have managed to find a schedule of eating that seems to be working for me. I try to find the time to have a snack in the afternoon so I'm not so hungry when I get home and that seems to help the snacking. Also if there aren't any cookies I can't eat them!! So healthy snacks in the cabinet and refrigerator and that is helping too. Hope everyone is enjoying their day.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm a chocoholic and it's hard to push away from it. But so far so good, I'm not eating it every day like I normally do. I'm trying to find something to replace it.

It's not eating choco that's wrong, it's eating too much. Sounds like you're doing really great - good to hear (read) from you - you do sound busy.
