My scale said 20.2% bodyfat. I am trying to get that down to 15% and somehow maintain my weight. I am lifting heavier weights and more often. I am up to lifting weights 3x a week for a total of 4 hours. I plan to increase it to 4x a week once summer arrives and then hopefully I can find a less stressful job next school year.
