Fledgist's Journal, 22 April 2011

I did 37 minutes in the gym yesterday, a bit more than the norm. I was hoping for over 40, but had to stop. Today, I'm down more than I expected, which is a pleasant surprise.

Yesterday, I had my regular check-up with my physician. She was very pleased with my progress at losing weight. I'll see her again for my annual physical in a few months (that, we've lost track of, not surprisingly)and, by then, I should be even lighter, all being well.
227.8 lb Lost so far: 109.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

your doing great...way to go on being so motivated an sticking with it...its payin off in all kinds of ways for you...from being healthy to being able to buy clothes like any normal person...to just being able to bend over an picking something up off the floor...way to go on getting healthy once again...

You are an inspiration and you don't seem to have lost your way along the way at all. How wonderful to be where you are now. This site is worth checking out http://www.nowloss.com/20-minute-weight-loss-workouts.htm it is free but worth reading up what it says about working out. The shorter the work out the better, like work out for 10mins then break for 10 mins then workout for 10 mins. So you didn't do bad cos you couldn't manage 40 mins in one go.
