1002 kcal Fat: 26.72g | Prot: 33.01g | Carb: 141.39g.   Breakfast: Unsweetened Apple Sauce, Ground Flax Seed, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Coffee. Lunch: Red Tomatoes , Vegetable Chicken Rice Soup (Prepared with Water or Ready-to-Serve). Dinner: Whole Wheat Pancakes. Snacks/Other: Regular Beer, Apples , Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Celery , Sugar Snap Peas. more...
