am (40.2% bf 26.9 bmi) 37.1% bf 44.4% tbw
pm (38.7% bf 27.3 bmi) 34.6% bf 46.4% tbw
looking at stats shows very little change in percentage composition. might have to suck up and water weight.
wondering validity of scales even close to accurate.
starting back on strict protocol and 4 ounces protein. one week trial, if i still lose muscle mass....going to maintenance. still have body fat excess deposits. tomorrow is a work out day.
