164.2 lb Lost so far: 121.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1342 kcal Fat: 101.70g | Prot: 91.23g | Carb: 22.11g.   Breakfast: hard boiled egg, olive oil, water, chia seeds, Pictsweet Asparagus. Lunch: tuna in water, hard boiled egg, olive oil, water. Dinner: turkey dark meat, olive oil, baby spinach. Snacks/Other: Clancy's Pork Rinds, celery, olive oil, black olives. more...

what in the world are you doing to keep dropping the weight like this?!? you're doing so well :)

Thanks Christy and Sophie. I'm sure that both of you will make it to your goal too. Sophie, I haven't done anything different for awhile as I've been on Induction. However, I am thinking about transitioning to O.W.L. (Ongoing Weight Loss). Today I am adding some almonds to my plan instead of the olives I was eating. I will only be trying one new food slowly to see how my digestive system will handle the new item. I'm a little afraid that other cravings might come back as I start O.W.L. but I can always go back to Induction if carb creep starts to happen. I would sure appreciate anyone's input when they started this phase and how they dealt with the change. I'm so sorry I haven't been on Fatsecret much but I have to protect my eyes.
