Went from 220 on monday to 210 on thursday, must have been sodium and fat from beef cooked in crock pot that eleveted the weight for friday. Have been working with the weights, situp bench and treadmill with consistency and am making notable progress in each area, even though the weight is still going up and down in the same ranges. I heard a broadcast tip this week regarding setting up a weight like the tach on a car. once it goes into the read zone you bring it back before you blow your engine. I have been looking at 200 LBS as that point as directed by the Dr last year. So far it has not been puuled back sufficiently. Perhaps I needed this additional argument to get past the driving forces that have kept me operating in an unhealthy range.

Overall, I am hoping that the excercise gains will begin to favourable affect my body shape and body fat percentages.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
