IN A STALL :(:( :(

Since you are not logging your food for every meal, it is hard to figure out the problem for the stall. If you are not eating enough vegetables, you might be low in fiber. If it is a matter of eating too many calories in the day, try to do some small things, like use 1 Tablespoon of salad dressing instead of 2 Tablespoons. Just because the bottle or package gives you a serving size does not mean you have to follow it.

A stall is what happens when an aerfoil can not make enough lift to keep the aircraft in level flight. *** means you are going to drop !!!!

No its not to many calories but yes i truly do need to keep track better my doctors say it happens in this stage of my weight loss and time to trick up mybody
