So excited to be on the right track! For the first time in my life I'm seeing a difference in my body because of my behavior. Who knew you could GAIN weight because you weren't eating enough? Good bye old me! I'm so done with that lifestyle!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
