whew! work the protocol lose! breaking 160 this week! Adding extra protein back into my protocol....looking at numbers indicates a lean muscle loss....VERY BAD for me! Will check numbers this afternoon....always show different fat percentages after I drink a day's worth of water....evens out after sleep. If I am still showing lean muscle loss I'll up to 4 ounces of protein each meal....gotta keep my lean muscle mass.

(39.2 % bf 27.3 bmi) 35.4% bf 45.7% tbw So numbers show a loss of lean muscle mass.....up the protein and think about cutting round two to 25 days.

Blew it....kid stress and to prevent a homicide I ate two peanut butter eggs. Jail or weight gain tomorrow? Hmmmmm........so much for breaking 160 this week. I picked a terrible time to do this round.
