This what I was worried about. .. It went back up. I think the big dip was just a light dinner the night before. last night I had a fairly big dinner and quite late again so that didn't help.

hope I'll make my way back under the 60's soon...
132.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
