No change in weight. I wonder why? I rode my bike 12 miles with much of it in a fairly strong wind so it was pretty tiring so, I'm just a little confused at the zero loss? I didn't log in my food intake but I know it was just over 1500 calories.

Maybe it will show tomorrow?
222.8 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely check tomorrow, since you worked your muscles you might be retaining water or lactic??

This could also be your building muscle and burning fat? 12 miles on a bike, you DEF are building your muscles!! Grats!

Ok. Thanks for the support and advice. We are an instant gratification type of society though aren't we? I have a weigh in after a bit. Let's see what happens. Keep it going you wonderful people!
