It was a carbtastic week. My anniversary was celebrated with wine tasting, champagne, and way too may carbs. My weight yesterday was 234, so I kickstarted into induction again. Back down to 230 today!

This is my 3rd week with my Fitbit, and it really is helping me to up my activity. 10,000 steps every day this week so far. Woot!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
