My biggest biggest enemy is inconsistency. But this time I am deteermined. I need to continually remind myself of the importance of losing a weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for my overall physical and mental health. I also need to remember that it changes others impressions of me and will open new doors for my career. And most of all I will feel better about myself, and that will reflect in everything I do.
