Trying to motivate myself to get a workout in this morning. Not feelin' it. lol But hopefully I can get one in when the kids all 3 kiddos go down for a nap. *fingers-crossed* Will update if I can make it happen. Doing good. Need to keep truckin'. I'm getting really tired of the routine though. Especially my nighttime cardio (treadmill for 43 minutes). Any suggestions for what I can do to replace that?

**MORNING WORKOUT**
Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" (5lb. and 8lb. weights) ...I seem to be out of breath a lot lately. I took a couple of breaks in there, but managed to still do all the sets and all the reps. Just needed to take some breathers. Plus, I took a mini nap while I was waiting for my baby to go back to sleep so I could finish doing the last cardio and abs set. Not sure if that'll count for anything. :\

**EVENING WORKOUT**
Treadmill:
Time: 43 min.
Dist: 9.8 laps (2.47 miles)
Spd.: 2, 3, 3.5, 3.7, 4 mph
Incl: 4.5, 7
Burned:
Calories: 417
Fat Cals: 130

...did NOT want to workout this evening...AT.ALL. But....I pushed myself and did anyway. Been having a hard time staying at a high speed this last week. Been having to do 2-3 minute intervals of low and high. But I guess it's better than not doing anything. Gotta keep that in mind. Just wish I could get to my goal weight faster. It's frustrating to be bouncing back and forth all the time. I know that a lot of it has to do with my eating habits (especially on the weekend); but I'm trying.
130.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
