eating very little doesn't seem to be moving the scale very much either, trainer said to make sure to eat at least 4 to 5 times a day, at least something otherwise the body goes into starvation mode and i won't reduce the weight. May have to try it his way. Having thyroid issues and hormone inbalance really sucks.
