It's pretty obvious I haven't been on here for a long time. But I was thrilled to see that I have actually lost 18lbs since my last check-in. Granted, that was probably two years ago...but it's nice to see the scale go down instead of up. I guess my commitment to live healthy and not stress over a diet has paid off. I hope it continues to do so. I would like to reach 210 by the end of July. But I'm not going to stress over it. It's all about balance.
