So, the soreness I thought was from working out was mastitis! I had a very high fever yesterday and today and had to go to the doctor to get antibiotics. :( As soon as I am feeling better, I am going to be working out again.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do some reading on that. I just skimmed something the other day about how over working out chest muscles can cause it. Hope you get to feeling better
