Words to live by! I agree. Weight loss and exercise will make us more capable and energetic parents, wives (in your case) and servants of God. I believe God wants all people to realize optimum health. You are already so active. Imagine how amazing it will be to be as active as you are and not suffer in the heat. It will be amazing.
