This week is spring break. I am going to try a new weight lifting program. I am hoping for some results in a couple of weeks. Hopefully I will gain inches in some places and lose in others. I am not sure how this will affect my weight, but I know I will getting to more well defined toned body.
103.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
