Had my first calzone last night to see if I had gluten issues. So far, so good. Back on to Atkins and toward OWL. This morning, I had a skinny vanilla latte with lactose free milk (only in Canada!). Maybe I just have issues with dairy. I still want to lose 20 pounds but I want to stabilize my weight because I am travelling now on and off for the next month.
