A little bit of depression and a whole lotta hot dog surplus did not help my diet! I took all the leftover buns, squished them up and threw them away! F U Hot dogs!!!
311.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
