I weighed myself this morning and found that I'd dropped past the 230 mark. I feel really good about this. It's a really big step down (or up) the hill towards my goal. A bit closer to the next big milestone.

229.4 lb Lost so far: 107.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
