Long time no update.
- Bf bought me a fitbit flex band. So, I'm using it to track my calorie output. I'll use fatsecret to track my calorie intake. - I'm eating clean again. I think today is my day 11 :) Eating clean helps me to lose roughly 1 kg. I'm under 54kg. I'm surprised. - I don't really work out now. I'm going to take baby steps. I felt giddy after doing 15 minutes calisthenics lol.
