Well, here we go again. Of the total 16 lbs lost Feb-May, I've kept 10 off and gained back the other 6. Time to refocus! Starting today! My new goal is 1 lb per week: 130 by 9/8. Wish me luck, and feel free to comment on my progress - I could use the support.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
