Had our annual "rib off" at work yesterday and I ate a few things I wouldn't have otherwise when I'm trying to lose weight.

Really hard workout at the gym last night. Did my weight-lifting class "Body Pump".
195.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
