One week of doing low carb/low calorie, and I've lost 6 lbs. That's after being stalled for a while doing hi fat. Thinking I may just need to switch things up every few weeks so my body doesn't adjust so quickly to my WOE.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
