Got my 8 hours of sleep, that's for sure. Missed my workout this morning so I will have to make up for it after work.

On another note, I did get my blood work back! This is definitely the lowest I have ever been as far cholesterol levels go....

TRIG - 94, LDL - 99, and HDL - 64
Overall Cholesterol - 182

WOOOOHOOO! Last year I was at 204, so this was an awesome drop! Six years ago I was at 244, a 62 point drop since my lifestyle change! I wish I had never let myself get to that point but in hindsight, sometimes it takes these instances to spark the right change in life. We just all hope that these happen before the point of no return and the fact that so many of you on here are on this site, means you have that spark to change! God Bless people!!!
