I have been working out consistently, but my diet falters at least once a week. I weigh myself every few days and my weight is still the same, 150 lbs. I really need to buckle down. My body is getting really toned, which I love, but my weight is still the same and I need to start following all aspects of my diet. Okay, it starts NOW. I'm over seeing 150 on the scale.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i feel the same way. i've been so good with my workout but can't see a change on the scale. only more energy for more workout. keep going. I'm sure we'll start seeing the drop soon It must be happening somewhere!
