Progress of the first week: Outstanding
Portion control in everything I ate + 45 min of daily bicycle rides + Wed of 1hr trails with great friends and seasoned Mountain Bikers
236.8 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
