I seem to be stuck on this weight right now, haven't lost weight at all the last week, hopefully by starting to get a bit more active my body won't be so resistent to losing the weight. Metabolism sure changes with age, it was so much easier years ago =( Ok need to find the motivation again cause I NEED to do this!
