Fresh out of prunes. Going to the grocery store today to restock before things get bad again.
It's 105 today, 108 tomorrow. 111 Sunday. But it's a dry heat. Uh, yeah. So's my oven.
Walked the dog for 20 minutes a day 4 days this week. Proud of that. This dog would walk forever if I let him. He's such an athlete.
Hitting the gym this weekend in spite of the heat. Our summers here are like the winters everywhere else - my turn to gripe and complain! LOL.

Wow... Sorry about the heat. Will it hotter as the summer progresses. I'd be whining and beotching too if it was that hot.

lol. But it's a dry heat. Don't knock it! I was in Wisconsin one summer and it was 98 degrees (F. Hope you realize that.) and 94% humidity. Just drown me already. You're doing great, Dom. I'm just readjusting to the whole process of doubt involved in losing fat. :(

i'm in the sauna chivering with cold nowadays, i cannot seem to get warm. I lay in the sun baking and the side not turned to the sun is freezing. I take comfort only in the fact that shaking makes me lose more calories... But i would trade your warm climate ANY TIME for being cold all the time, even in the heat of summer...
