Monday after Walk to Emmaus. Being on team was a good workout. I ate well the first two days, blew out Sunday, and still lost weight. Food tracking was not an option.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
