i'm off of south beach and i'm just following a (somewhat traditional) way we do diets in taiwan. we just minimize or skip our dinners to save up on calories.

btw, another traditional way we do it in taiwan is quit starches. and i think that's very similar to south beach that's why i decided to do south beach in the first place :)

anyway, i'm taking it easy and losing my last 5 lbs SLOWLY. i always get really hungry around this weight so i'm gonna really watch out for what i eat and what i do and stay energized.
102.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

i was wondering what had happened with you :) well, its good to see you are still around and that you have a game plan. don't forget that skipping food/meals can make you want to binge at times, so just be careful!
