Considering the baked lentil samosas that we ate for dinner last night, I am happy that I did not gain in weight this morning! I can't believe that I ate three of them. It's a long story, but I ate them to please my daughter, who thought our family's dinner menu has been boring. I must admit the lentil samosas did spice things up! :)
165.6 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
