Lost another pound, jeans fitting, am exercising - guess you can say I had a very good week.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1347 kcal Fat: 101.26g | Prot: 68.08g | Carb: 41.92g.   Breakfast: cream, bacon, egg, onion, cheddar cheese, cantaloup, mushrooms, brewed coffee, oil, tomato, green pepper, sweetener. Lunch: radish, kens chunky, baby greens, tomato, olive oil, chicken. Dinner: italian sausage, red pepper, spaghetti squash, parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other: sweetener, brewed coffee, cream, heavy cream, strawberry. more...
