i think i'm eating too much good fat (avocado coconut oil, etc). been craving carbs. did start excercise class 1x/week (squats, burpees, etc).
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Riding 2-3 hours like you mentioned has to yell at your body, "More Carbs!"
